“I am passionate about personal transformation. I work in both individual and group settings to help people overcome barriers in order to live a balanced, happy and fulfilled life on their terms.
I have been a life coach for over four years and have trained in a variety of techniques, although my primary work is in the practice of mindfulness.
My particular field of interest is in working with individuals who have suffered from depression, anxiety and related issues and have a desire to reclaim control over their lives.
It is my passion for helping others that drove me to become a CMI Level 5 Certified Coach & Mentor, as well as becoming Accredited as a Life Coach and as a Practitioner in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Since completing these qualifications in 2016, I have continued my learning and development with a variety of additional courses including my Master Practitioner in Mindfulness.
