J.Allan Longshadow MCMI - founder, Motiv8.me. I started my first business at the age of 15 and I've been addicted to entrepreneurship ever since. I've spent my entire adult life as a side hustler and solopreneur and live for the hustle and grind. I am passionate about sharing the lessons I've learnt on what has been an amazing roller-coaster of a journey so far. As well as writing and speaking about all things entrepreneur, I am an enthusiastic coach and mentor. I especially enjoy working with young entrepreneurs. I am also fanatical about fitness and can often be found pounding the pavements late at night.
