I find that as humans, we can beat ourselves up a lot. We can continue to replay past mistakes in our lives and in turn, self-degrade even if we’ve changed. When we do this, we put up an invisible shield of unworthiness, self-hate, and unforgiveness. Those negative emotions can stop us from living our best life and receiving everything God has for us. It’s time for you to break free from those thoughts.
How can you break free from blocking your blessings? It’s very simple actually – you just have to shift. You have to believe that once you ask for forgiveness, you are forgiven. You have to believe when an opportunity comes along that fits your visions, you can take it. You have to believe that you deserve to live a life that you’ve dreamed of, because you can. It’s up to you to make that shift. You can do it.
It may not be easy at first, and you may have to train your brain, but it’s possible. Here are some tips that you can use to help you shift your mindset from blocked to blessed.
- Create your vision. You need to know what will make you happy. When you have your vision created, when opportunities come along, you will know it’s what you’ve wanted. This can assure you that you aren’t making the wrong decision AND it will lead to your overall happiness. If you don’t know how to create a vision, you should take my online course: How to Create a Vision for a Successful Life here: https://www.marlielovelifecoaching.com/online-store/howtocreateavision.
- Write out why you feel like you can’t accept any blessings. When you break down why you feel a certain way, it can help you identify the negative beliefs. You can then heal those beliefs and begin re-training your brain to the truth. If you need help with that, I have an awesome two-hour session that can help you understand your blocks, where you need healing, and discovering your purpose. - Surround yourself with people that know your worth. We all need a team! Find your team. It can be friends, family members, co-workers, a life coach, etc. Be around people who can uplift you when needed. When you have that support system, you can go to someone when you’re feeling down and they can help talk you through what you’re going through. Which can lead you to accepting a blessing.
You deserve happiness. You deserve love. You deserve joy. Allow it to come into your life. If you need help with that, you can contact me for life coaching, and I can help you break-free from limiting beliefs about yourself and your life purpose.
